Herbert Neubauer signs to withdraw

In the group stage he was beaten by Switzerland’s Peter Schwartz (11-9, 11-3, 11-6), India’s Ramakrishna Pudugramam (11-5, 11-8, 1!-9) and Hungary’s Istvan Szalai (11-7, 11-8, 11-1).
Through to the consolation draw, he withdrew through injury when due to face India’s Puran Chand Sardana.
