Elected just one month ago a member of the Swaythling Club International Executive Committee, Lilamani de Soysa has not let the grass grow under her feet.
On Saturday 8th January, present in her native Sri Lanka, she organised a meeting with the Colombo Veteran Association.
A most positive response was the outcome, a great interest being displayed in attending the 2023 World Veteran Championships in Oman.
Currently, under the leadership of Mr. Lafeer who has occupied a presidential role for no less than 20 years, some 150 veterans enjoy playing table tennis.
Moreover, there was a positive response to joining the Swaythling Club; Sri Lanka is most welcome.
