Nigeria’s Quadri Aruna won the men’s singles title at the ITTF Africa Championships staged in Tunis from Monday 11th to Sunday 17th September; Fatimo Bello and Olufunke Oshonaike prevailed in the women’s team event; however, it was Egypt that emerged the dominant force.
They won both the men’s team and women’s team titles, Hana Goda secured women’s singles gold, the mixed doubles finished in the hands of Omar Assar and Dina Meshref.
