On Thursday 17th September at a ceremony, hosted by the Swedish Embassy in Cairo and organised in conjunction with their Canadian counterparts, Hana Goda was listed among the 10 most inspirational Egyptian women change-makers for her success in the sport of table tennis.
The event was attended by His Excellency Jess Dutton, the Canadian Ambassador and His Excellency Jan Thesleff, the Swedish Ambassador who, in addition, is the European Union’s Gender Champion to Egypt.
Notably Hana Goda was the only representative from sport and is listed in top spot on the under 15 girls’ world rankings.
