Staged from Wednesday 9th to Saturday 12th August, the host nation’s Wassim Essid was very much a player to catch the eye at the WTT Youth Contender Tunis.
He won the under 17 boys’ singles and with Tunisian colleague, Balkis Suissi, the under 15 mixed doubles in addition to being the under 15 boys’ singles runner up.
