Staged on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th May, Priping won the Kosovo Cup.
In the opening round they beat the KPP Ahmet Hoxha MK, before accounting for KVPP Prizren and KPP Prishtina to reach the final.
Successfully through to the title decider, they faced many times champions, Lidhja e Prizrenit from Prizren.
Lidhja e Prizrenit made the better start, Fatih Karabaxhaku beating Elvedin Collakoviq but that was the sum total of their success.
Englishman Chris Doran accounted for both Kreshnik Mahmuti and Fatih Karabaxhaku; sandwiched in between, Yll Dragidella defeated Blend Hajdari.
Priping coach, Kastriot Orana, was understandably delighted.
“We have been preparing for this match for a long time, we had a camp Eli Baraty, a coach from London especially for this match; the commitment and tireless work of the players in recent weeks has paid off. We are very happy to win the Kosovo Cup, we are motivated to try to win more trophies in the future.” Kastriot Orana
The next goal is to win the Kosovo Super League, where we are currently in second place with one point away from the top of the table.
