The Executive Board has appointed Ines Louro (Portugal) as the new Gender Equality Committee Chair and Johanna Grech (Malta) as Deputy Chair following the appointment of Beatrice Romanescu as ETTU Marketing Manager.
European Olympic Singles Qualification – Venue Change
The European Olympic Singles Qualification tournament scheduled for Wednesday 21st to
Sunday 25th April 2021 will be held at the Multiusos de Guimarães.
Europe Cup Finals
TTC Novi Sad will host of the Europe Cup women’s final tournament 2020-2021 to be held at the SPENS Arena in the city of Novi Sad from Wednesday 5th to Sunday 9th May.
STK Starr Croatia will host of the Europe Cup men’s final tournament 2020-2021 in the Croatian city of Varaždin from Wednesday 12th to Saturday 15th May.
Europe Top 16 Cup, Montreux
The 2021 Europe Top 16 Cup will be staged in the fourth quarter of 2021.
Liebherr 2021 ITTF European Championships, Warsaw
The Championships will take place at Warsaw from Tuesday 22nd June to Sunday 27th
June.
2021 European Youth Championships
The European Youth Championships will be played at the Arena Varaždin; the Championships will be split into two tournaments, each of seven days duration:
- Under 19 events: Sunday 18th – Saturday 24th July
- Under 15 events: Monday 26th July – Sunday 1st August
Europe Youth Top 10
The Executive Board has awarded the 2021 and 2022 Europe Youth Top 10 to the French Table Tennis Federation, to be held in the city of Tours. The 2021 edition will be held from Friday 15th to Sunday 17th October.
European Veteran Championships
The 2022 European Veteran Championships, scheduled to be staged in Cardiff by Table Tennis Wales, has been cancelled.
The Executive Board has decided to re-open applications to host the Championships; associations are invited to send their initial applications to the ETTU Secretariat not later than Wednesday 14th April 2021.
Contact
The 2023 European Veteran Championships, organised by the Norwegian Table Tennis Association, will be held at the Oslofjord Convention Centre in Sandefjord, from Monday 26th June to Saturday 1st July.
European Team Championships
The 2023 European Team Championships has been awarded to the Swedish Table Tennis Association; the venue the Malmö Arena.
