Joie de vivre amongst the French contingent in Paris
Play commencing on Monday 8th July at the World Masters Championships, one of the largest contingents is France; some 200 players have travelled to Rome.
Overall 6,100 players have registered aged 40 to 99 years of age, representing 111 ITTF member associations.
Furthermore, you can add some 2,500 guests and officials; the conclusion is it is the biggest in the history of the tournament that dates to 1982 in Gothenburg.
Accurate figures of the total number that may attend in one capacity or another, could it reach 10,000?
