The Annual General Meeting of the Swaythling Club International will be held on Saturday 13th July 2024, commencing at 2.00pm Central Europe Summer Time (CEST), at the World Masters Championships, Fiera di Roma, Rome, Italy.
The Annual General Meeting will be in a hybrid format – in person in Rome, and remotely by ZOOM.
If you are in Rome we will be pleased to see you at the AGM. Registation is obliagtory so please inform me by email if you hope to attend.
Following the AGM there will be a small reception.
If you would like to participate in the AGM by ZOOM please register your interest by emailing me before 21st June 2024.
We will then issue you with a meeting code and password. This is IMPORTANT as it is obligatory to Register as we have to ensure that only members are allowed to participate in the ZOOM meeting.
