Notice of the 2025 AGM
Notice is hereby given that the 2025 AGM will be held in Novi Sad, Serbia, the venue of the European Veteran Championships, on Saturday 21st June 2025 at 14.00 followed by a small reception for our members present at approx. 16.00.
The Agenda for the AGM and the precise location will be published on our website by the 21st May 2025.
The meeting will be held in a hybrid format. Details will be published as soon as possible.
This is also a call for submission of propositions for amendments to the Constitution. These should be sent to the Interim Secretary, Reto Bazzi (reto.bazzi@swisstabletennis.ch) to arrive before 21st April 2025.
As this is also an election year the Executive Committee will be released and a new Executive Committee for the period 2025 – 2027 will be elected. This is therefore also a call for applications for the following positions:
President, Deputy President, Treasurer, Secretary, Three other members of the Executive Committee
All applications must be sent to the Interim Secretary, Reto Bazzi (reto.bazzi@swisstabletennis.ch) to arrive before 21st April 2025.
